A fulfilled life...I mean a full life filled with all kinds of happiness.. Does it even exist? Hmm well the answer depends.

From childhood our minds are trained by the society in certain way which know only to deal with happiness. A small example..When a baby falls down and cries, elders use to blame floor for hitting the baby just to stop the baby from crying. There starts the habit of blaming or expectation of happiness from others. We often try to put our happiness on something else, either it is a thing or a person. It is the root cause of all the evil.

People are not perfect, they never will be, neither are you. We realise this once we become adults. But why our family never teaches us the lesson of acceptance when we were young. The answer is nobody cares about the results. We grow our inner intellect when we just crawl. Everything you teach sits inside the subconscious mind of the baby. It grows to believe that life is a bed of roses and expects the same happiness in all the bigger things in life.

Happiness is good, but we should know that we can never extract our happiness from the outer world.

As the great Sadhguru says, we have to engineer our mind in such a way that it should be happy without anyone triggering it. We have enormous amount of energy within our body especially in mind. Here are five things to do to have a fulfilled life.

Figure out your soulmate

Before you judge me, let me clear the meaning of a soulmate. For me personally the soulmate stuff didn't workout. Everytime I tend to put my happiness on my partner, it turns out pathetic. So a soulmate was never a person atleast for me. Instead it was a hobby and that was music.

I can sing all day without feeling exhausted. We know we are genuinely happy when we do it. For me it was productive that once I fuel my energy into music I became a very good person in life in terms of emotions. I started feeling more, analysing more when it comes to people. When you figure out your soulmate, you will never be less cheerful, because you know you can always turn your back to it in the times of any downfall.

Clear your financial trouble

I definitely believe that money is the root cause of all the problems, atleast 60% of problems. The first thing to start is clearing your mindset to become rich. Its like a disorder for everyone these days to become rich.

An ambition is good but it should never be just about the wealth. It should be about the commitment to a peaceful life. If you want to be peaceful, then remove the thought of getting rich quickly. Instead nurture your mind in such a way that it could learn to adapt with the ups and downs. Earn money, clear your debts, have a emergency fund, invest, invest, invest, but never ever brag about it, or use it as a means to boast your ego. You will end up miserable in life.

Give back to the world

"Set a target amount of money you want to have and decide what you are willing to give the world in return of the money you desired."

Only if you are able to have a proper plan of how much effort you are willing to put into work, you will be gradually rich. But if you focus on money you will end up with just money. The sense of contentment arrives when we give selflessly to the world.

Power of Acceptance

If you accept that life will be unfair sometimes, you will be happy always. We always expect life to be perfect all the times. Love or work, we can't expect only success. We have to deal with different types of people in our life. Some are toxic, some are gem. Appreciate the good for being good, but never judge the bad. You will be happy.
